Dr. Udhaya Kotecha is a skilled clinical geneticist with extensive experience in the field of genetic disorders. Currently serving as the Lead Clinical Geneticist at Neuberg Diagnostics since July 2019, responsibilities include variant prioritization, genotype-phenotype correlation, and the establishment of standard operating procedures for next-generation sequencing analysis. Previously, Dr. Kotecha held roles at MEDGENOME and Zydus Hospitals, focusing on variant prioritization and management of genetic disorders, particularly neurological conditions. An associate consultant at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, expertise included diagnosis and management of genetic disorders in both children and adults, alongside consulting for Genzyme India. Dr. Kotecha holds a Fellowship in Human/Medical Genetics from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and an MD in Pediatrics from M.P. Shah Medical College, where prior training also included an MBBS degree.
