Katerina Pugsley has a diverse background in the medical field, starting as a Cash Posting Representative at Ingham Regional Medical Center. Katerina then progressed through various roles at different healthcare facilities, eventually becoming a Product Specialist at NeuralFrame. Katerina also has experience in sales and customer service, having worked at Pier 1 Imports and Victoria's Secret. Katerina holds degrees in Anthropology and Archaeology from Austin Community College.

NeuralFrame is a hybrid learning company focused on providing automated data structuring, coding, and summarization of patient data for healthcare providers. Our company leverages an internally-developed, natural language processing (NLP) approach to extract accurate, relevant, and detailed knowledge from clinical text to impact both the quality and efficiency of the physician workflow. NeuralFrame started in 2017 with two founders: Patrick McNeillie, M.D., Chief Architect, and Kevin Scanlan, Head of Business Development. Both founders take an active role in building and training the analytics platform. NeuralFrame also has a board of advisors to provide general management expertise, covering deep NLP knowledge, clinical oncology, and early-stage software development.
