Mike Deason

Mike Deason is a highly experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, currently serving as Principal Investigator at Neurocrine Biosciences since March 2020. Prior roles include Senior Chemist at AMPAC Fine Chemicals from December 2009 to March 2020 and Principal Scientist at Neurocrine Biosciences from June 2007 to May 2009. Additionally, Mike held the position of Senior Scientific Investigator at Metabasis Therapeutics from June 2001 to May 2007 and worked as a Scientist at Agouron Pharmaceuticals from 1994 to 2001. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Texas Wesleyan University, completed between 1980 and 1984.
