Mahesh Deshmukh

Mahesh Deshmukh has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Principal Investigator at Syngene International Limited since April 2018, leading multiple chemistry teams. Previously, Mahesh held various positions at Syngene, including Senior Research Investigator and Research Investigator, where responsibilities included project management and client communication. Mahesh's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master of Science in Drug Chemistry from Ahmednagar College. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Senior Research Scientist at Daiichi Sankyo India Pharma, focusing on drug discovery for infectious and inflammatory diseases, and as a Research Scientist at Ranbaxy, leading collaborative projects with GlaxoSmithKline.
