Lindsey Gillis has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Lindsey started their career as an Office Manager at 3Di Technologies where they focused on project management and process improvement from 2006 to 2008. Lindsey then joined 3Di Technologies again in 2008 as a Global Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing P&L, people, process improvement, and projects. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at L-3 Communications-3Di Division as the Director of Programs, leading project tracking, risk assessment, PMO, and satellite telecommunication systems. Currently, Lindsey holds various roles at New Energy Equity, starting as the Manager for Solar Projects and later progressing to Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Administrative Officer. In their current position, they lead cross-functional teams, coordinates with technical teams, and ensures successful project outcomes.
Lindsey Gillis pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General at Randolph College from 2003 to 2005.

NEE successfully installed 60 MW of new solar capacity in 2018, part of an overall development portfolio of over 200MWsince 2013.
