Randall J. Heffernan

Randall J. Heffernan, CPA, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment reporting and analysis. Currently serving as Director of Investment Reporting & Analysis at New Enterprise Associates since August 2017, Randall focuses on venture capital reporting and analysis for portfolio investments and funds. Previously, Randall held the position of Vice President and Senior Manager at Legg Mason, managing a team within the Finance & Treasury group responsible for capital deployment, capital structure, and cash management. Earlier roles include Senior Analyst at American Capital and Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, LLP. Randall holds an MBA in Accounting with a concentration in Finance & Taxation and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from Fairfield University.
