Amy Tuccio, MCC, CDP, CPCC, TICC, CMP, PMP, serves as the Founder and CEO of Leading to Thrive since January 2017, specializing in organizational growth, change management, and emotional intelligence within executive coaching and training. Tuccio holds additional roles as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at New Level Work and as the Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching at Arootah, where oversight of a team of over 400 contract coaches enhances corporate wellness and leadership excellence. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Next Level Trainings and Dayton T. Brown, Inc., managing significant accounts and spearheading operational improvements. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and an ongoing MBA from Quinnipiac University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Project Management Certificate from Stony Brook University.
