Sonia Gonzalez

Sonia Gonzalez is the founder of Sonia Gonzalez Coaching, with extensive experience as an executive coach and leadership facilitator since January 2016. With over a decade of coaching at the C-suite level, Sonia possesses deep insights into the workings of complex corporations across various business units and global markets. In addition to founding her coaching practice, Sonia serves as an executive coach at BTS and Felix Global, specializing in high-level executive coaching. Previous roles include senior consultant at Coach in a Box and various positions at Unilever and British American Tobacco, where Sonia focused on project management, supply chain, and human resources. Sonia's educational accomplishments include an Executive Coach degree from Columbia Business School, a certificate in Emotional Intelligence, a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Universidad de Los Andes, and a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad del Rosario.
