John Topping is an experienced executive with a strong track record in business transformation and strategic advisory. Currently serving as a Board Member and Executive Advisor at New Level Work since November 2019, John provides guidance on strategic initiatives and operational excellence, with a focus on growth strategies post-Series A funding. Previously, John held the position of President & Chief Operations Officer at New Level Work, where significant contributions led to a tripling of sales and revenue and a 9% increase in profit margins. John also founded and served as CEO of PointForward Partners, specializing in executive coaching and organizational assessments. Earlier career experiences include roles at Google as Director of the Technology Vertical, and leadership positions at International Data Group, NewMedia, and Miller Freeman. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fairfield University.
