Becca Rogers

Becca Rogers is an experienced professional in campaign management and career consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Campaigns at New Roots Institute. In this role, Becca leads the strategic vision for the Campaigns team, focusing on partnership development and fellow training. Previous experience includes guiding over 100 fellows in impactful campaigns as Leadership Development Manager at New Roots Institute, and providing career support for clients at RAR Career Consulting. Becca has held multiple roles at General Assembly, culminating as Manager of Outcomes, where oversight of a regional team focused on job placement success was key. Prior roles at NPR and PETA involved research and policy advocacy, while co-founding Intero highlighted a strong entrepreneurial spirit through the development of VR fitness technology. Becca holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Arizona.
