Appointed as the Vice-chairman and Non-executive Director in July 2013. Mr. Doo is a non-executive director of Lifestyle International Holdings Limited, an independent non-executive director of Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Limited and an alternate director to Dr. Cheng Kar-Shun, Henry, the chairman and non-executive director of FSE Lifestyle Services Limited, all being listed public companies in Hong Kong. Mr. Doo is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. He is the chairman and director of Fungseng Prosperity Holdings Limited. Mr. Doo is a Justice of the Peace appointed by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the “HKSAR Government”) and was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star by the HKSAR Government. He is also the Honorary Consul General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Hong Kong and Macau, and a Governor of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He was promoted to the Officier de l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur by the Republic of France in 2019.
