Kevin Hauss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Kevin started their career in 1981 as a Supervisor at The Bank of New York, where they worked until 1986. Kevin then joined Ridgewood Savings Bank as a Training Officer from 1992 to 1999. In 1999, they joined Stony Brook University as a Senior Manager of Human Resources and also served as a Manager of Training & Organizational Development until 2004. From 2005 to 2012, Kevin worked at New York Law School as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Manager of Training. In 2012, they moved to John Jay College of Criminal Justice as the Executive Director of Human Resources until 2015. Kevin has been associated with New York Edge since 2015, initially as the Senior Director of Human Resources, then as the Chief Human Resource and Strategic Planning Officer, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
Kevin Hauss has a Master's degree in Labor Management Studies plus Advanced Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from the City University of New York, The College of Staten Island, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Marketing Management from the same institution.
