Benjamin Tidd is a seasoned operations analysis and services analyst currently employed at NYISO since May 2018, where roles have included both senior and operations analysis positions. Previously, Benjamin served as a manufacturing engineer at Ducommun Incorporated from August 2013 to February 2018, leading significant process improvements, managing standard work documentation, and utilizing lean principles to enhance production efficiency. Additional experience includes roles at the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, BAE Systems, and a summer internship at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from Binghamton University, completed in 2013.
