Alicia Melton

Alicia Melton, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Vice President of Robotics Process Automation at New York Life Insurance Company, where responsibilities include overseeing a Robotics Process Automation Center of Excellence, managing vendor relationships, and driving automation strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Alicia has held various leadership roles at New York Life Insurance, including Chief of Staff and Controller, where Alicia executed strategic initiatives, managed financial reporting, and developed accounting policies. Prior experience includes positions at Sage, MetLife, and TECO Power Services, with a strong focus on financial planning, derivatives accounting, and audit assurance across multiple industries. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
