Lee Georg

Lee Georg has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1997 with the US Army as a Safety and Training Manager/Pilot. In this role, they facilitated training initiatives for executives, managers, and employees, developed and designed training products, and oversaw personnel and training budgets.

In 2017, Lee joined LifePoint Health® as a Trainer and Instructional Designer, where they designed and implemented leadership training programs for all levels of employees. This included topics such as new hire orientation, revenue cycle, safety, and business continuity planning.

Since 2018, Lee has worked at New Pig, initially as a Project Manager and later as an International Sourcing and Project Manager. In these roles, they led projects to bring new products to market, gathered insights from end-users and stakeholders, and designed user-centered product solutions.

Overall, Lee Georg has a diverse background in project management, training, and instructional design, with a focus on delivering effective and innovative solutions.

Lee Georg earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University McAnulty College and Graduate School of Liberal Arts from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Lee completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix between 2003 and 2005.
