Mia Santos is a Quality Assurance Project Manager at Newtech S.R.L, responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of End-to-End test cases, reviewing project requirements, reporting defects, and collaborating on test plan development. Previously, Mia held the roles of Assurance and Continuity Officer and Help Desk Support Technician at COOP-ASPIRE, where responsibilities included developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and providing technical support. Earlier experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant and English Second Language Teacher at Instituto Cultural Dominico Americano, as well as serving as a Customer Service Representative at ERC. Mia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology from Universidad APEC and a high school diploma in Nursing Assistance.
