Helder Silva

Helder Silva has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles throughout their career. Helder began in the healthcare sector, working as a Cardiopneumologist at Luz Saúde from 2007 to 2015. Helder then transitioned to the field of clinical research, working as a Clinical Researcher at Centro Hospitalar São João from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on autonomic dysfunction and developed technologies for studying the autonomic nervous system.

In 2016, Helder co-founded a tech startup at Oxford University Innovation and worked as a Co-Founder until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in entrepreneurship and innovation. Helder then founded Newton Labs in 2018, a spin-off from Oxford University Innovation, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Newton Labs aimed to improve the interaction between supply and demand in the labor market using Artificial Intelligence.

In addition to their work at Newton Labs, Helder also founded MoneyBall in 2023, further showcasing their entrepreneurial drive. Helder also served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Artoh starting in 2022.
