Elodie Vincent-Sully

Elodie VINCENT-SULLY serves as HRBP and DRH for Lynxeo Europe since November 2024, while also holding the position of HRBP and DRH for Nexans ISP Europe since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team of 11 across multiple European countries and supporting organizational restructuring. Prior roles include HR Manager at ENGIE Thermique France, overseeing HR strategy for 150 employees, and HR responsibilities through various positions at ENGIE Solutions France and GRTgaz, focusing on HR policies, talent management, and employee relations. Elodie holds a Master's degree in HR and Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne and has completed a preparatory course at Lycée La Bruyère in Versailles.
