Marcel Wittek is a seasoned professional in semiconductor engineering with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Equipment Engineer at Nexperia since May 2022, Marcel focuses on semiconductor device characterization and reliability testing, including a broad array of testing methodologies for GaN and SiC products. Prior to this, Marcel held positions as an Industrial Engineer at JENOPTIK AG and as a Customer Engineer at KLA-Tencor, Applied Materials, and Qimonda, gaining expertise in PCB assembly processes, metrology tools, and equipment engineering. Marcel's educational background includes a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Automation and Microsystems Technology from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
