Sweeney Loo

Sweeney Loo is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently at Nexperia since December 2022, Sweeney has previously held similar roles at ams OSRAM and Futurewei Technologies, Inc., where support was provided to various technology sectors, including Huawei’s start-up initiatives. With a strong foundation in HR practices developed during tenure at Texas Instruments and Intel Corporation, Sweeney has successfully managed HR operations, designed compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions, and led key HR initiatives focused on engagement and employee relations. Sweeney holds a Master's degree in International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from the National University of Malaysia.
