Trevor Munsamy (He, his)

Trevor Munsamy has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Trevor is currently the Head of HR at Next Biosciences, where they advise on employment policies, manages performance, enriches employee engagement, drives talent management, manages training and development and culture sustenance.

Before joining Next Biosciences, Trevor worked at Clinix Health Group (Pty) Ltd as a Regional Human Resources Manager. In this role, he played a key role in reducing staff costs and enhancing employee relations. Trevor also served as a Human Resource Business Partner, partnering with the Hospital Manager and MANCO to achieve HR objectives and enriching managers skills.

Prior to Clinix Health Group, Trevor worked at Tshepo Themba Private Hospital as a Human Resource Practitioner and Personnel/Payroll Officer. In these roles, he managed employment equity reports, talent management, recruitment, payroll, and personnel queries.

Overall, Trevor has demonstrated his expertise in HR strategy development, cost efficiency, employee relations, management development and payroll management throughout his career.

Trevor Munsamy began his education by attending Merebank Secondary School from 1994 to 1998, where he studied the Sciences and obtained his 'matric exemption'. Trevor then pursued a diploma and higher ccertificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Damelin. More recently Trevor completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Additionally, Trevor obtained qualification as a Tax Technician via the South African Institute of Tax Professionals.
