Gordon Doolittle has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in corporate services and operations management. Gordon started their career as a Store Manager at Stage Stores in 1994 before moving on to become a Co-Manager at Hobby Lobby. At Hobby Lobby, they led the day-to-day operations and focused on managing financial goals, merchandising, operational controls, customer and associate relations, and inventory management.
In 2000, Gordon joined Kohl's as a Senior Manager in Personnel and Operations, where they provided experienced leadership in forecasting and driving overall sales, improving productivity, and customer acquisitions. Gordon also served as a liaison between corporate, managers, and the team to ensure effective communication of the company's goals and vision.
From 2006 to 2011, Gordon worked at CarMax as a Senior Manager in Business Operations. Gordon was an integral part of the Senior Management Team and played a crucial role in developing strong sales and business operation teams. During their tenure, CarMax achieved double-digit sales increases, improved overall customer and employee engagement, and maintained strong business relationships with national finance partners, vendors, dealers, and customers.
In 2012, Gordon joined American Access, Inc as the Director of Corporate Services. Gordon focused on analyzing and continuously improving corporate services and business partnerships. Gordon built strong relationships with federal government organizations and various commercial, retail, and residential clients, contributing to customer retention, process improvement, and year-over-year sales growth.
Currently, Gordon is associated with Next Day Access, where they started as the Director of Corporate and Franchise Services in 2017. Next Day Access specializes in providing home access solutions, including wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, porch lifts, patient lifts, and other mobility equipment. Gordon's role involves franchise on-boarding and overseeing corporate services.
