Marcus Leijon has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Montör/operatör at Rimaster Electrosystem AB. Marcus then worked as a Försäljningsansvarig at Truck24 AB from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Skanova as a Nätdriftsingenjör, a position they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Marcus worked as a Change Manager at DXC Technology. Marcus then joined Rejlers in 2018 and held roles as a Konsult inom Communication and Security (COMSEC) and an ICT-konsult until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Projektledare at Next One Technology AB.
Marcus Leijon attended Carlunds Utbildningscentrum from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Elektrisk, elektronisk och kommunikationsteknik. Marcus then enrolled in the School of Engineering at Jönköping University and pursued a degree in Grafisk design och Webbutveckling inriktning brand management from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Marcus obtained certifications including "Robust fiber anläggning" from Intermezzon in March 2019, "Certifierad besiktningsman robust fiber" from STF Ingenjörsutbildning AB in December 2019, and "Bas-P Bas-U" from STF Ingenjörsutbildning AB in March 2019.
