Sylvia is a Curriculum Development Manager with Next Street’s Programs practice who began with Next Street as a freelance designer. She began her Learning and Development career as a corporate trainer for Estee Lauder/MAC for six years until a layoff prompted her to explore training design. After going back to school to take courses in graphic and learning experience design, she became an instructional designer for the Arizona Department of Transportation. Most recently, Sylvia was an instructional designer for global IT solutions company Insight, creating sales enablement content for executives who served organizations from small business through large enterprise.
