Currently serving as Senior Facilities Manager and Office Manager at NextDecade since October 2018, Tracy has developed strong organizational and leadership skills. Prior to this role, Tracy held positions as Executive Assistant at Richards Operating Company from 2009 to 2017, and at Grey Wolf Drilling/Precision Drilling from 1996 to 2009. Additionally, Tracy gained valuable experience as an Executive Assistant at Diamond Offshore from 1990 to 1996.
