Lou Menoscal

Lou Menoscal has extensive experience in the energy industry, working as a Refueling Manager at Entergy from January 1999 to October 2006. Lou then moved on to work as a Fleet Project Manager for Open Phase at NextEra Energy Services from June 2015 to the present, where Lou has also held the title of Sr. Project Manager. In between, Lou served as a Sr. Project Manager - Circ Water Improvement at PSEG from January 2008 to June 2015. Their expertise lies in upgrading procedures to industry standards, improving performance, and successfully managing projects within budget and ahead of schedule.
