Ally Polner

Ally Polner is currently a Portfolio Manager in the Ignite Digital Leadership Program at NextEra Energy, Inc., a position held since August 2023, following roles as an Application Management Business Analyst and Communications and Change Management Analyst within the same program. Prior experience at NextEra Energy includes serving as a Scrum Master for FPL Solutions and as a Power Delivery IT Intern from May 2022 to February 2023. Additionally, Ally worked as a Project Manager at Orange Umbrella Miami and held the position of Vice President in the Media Management Club at the University of Miami, where contributions included involvement as a Bid Day Specialist for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and leading a Green Initiative Project. Ally earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Miami, completing studies in May 2023.
