James Devoe

James DeVoe is an experienced professional in project management and commercial real estate, currently serving as Lead Project Manager in Early Stage Development at NextEra Energy, Inc. since January 2018. In this role, James oversees strategic procurement related to IT, cybersecurity, and renewable energy materials, specializing in wind turbine procurement. Additionally, James has expertise in real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing for wind farms and solar fields. Prior to joining NextEra Energy, James worked as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at a REIT and at a Large International Company. James holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA from Rutgers University.
