Javier Hernandez Baylon

Javier Hernandez Baylon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at NextGen Information Services since May 2014, Javier oversees offshore operations in financial management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, profit and loss, and balance sheet analysis. Prior roles include Mkt & Operations Manager at a staffing company, where Javier developed a targeted Hispanic marketing plan, and Sr. Marketing Sales Manager for both Biomedical Globe SA de CV and Grupo Ejecutivo Milenium SA. de CV, focusing on the biomedical industry and medical devices. Earlier, Javier founded Ksa x Ksa, a contractor for green electronics, and worked as Marketing and Commercial Manager at Hermar Distribution. Javier holds an MBA in Finance from Lindenwood University and a BA in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
