Mike Stotts

Mike Stotts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Customer Success at Nextiva since September 2015, Mike previously held the position of Director of Customer Success for both Nextiva and FedEx Express. Additionally, Mike has been a Board Member for the Phoenix Air National Guard (PANG) Patriots since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Operations for the US Army and General Manager at LA Fitness. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
