Rachel Kirby-Utz

Rachel Kirby-Utz has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of roles in different industries. Rachel has been employed at Nextpoint since 2021, where they have held the roles of People Operations Manager, Internal Recruiter, and Executive Operations Coordinator. Rachel also began working at OneCoast in 2021 as a National Account Manager Assistant. Prior to this, Rachel was employed at The Red Balloon Company from 2010 to 2021, where they held the roles of General Manager (Operations, Marketing, & Finance) and Sales Associate. Rachel was also employed at Ethel's Chocolate Lounge from 2007 to 2010, where they held the role of Shift Manager.

Rachel Kirby-Utz earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Art History from Columbia College Chicago in 2010. In 2007, they studied abroad at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici for Fashion in the Built Environment. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Virtually Recruiting Students from Handshake.
