Jennifer Hegman-Zech

Jennifer Hegman-Zech is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and information systems. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Operations at NFP, an Aon company, since June 2016, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of HRIS at Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc., and Insight Communications. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Jennifer has successfully led significant projects such as the transition of HR and payroll data during mergers, the implementation of electronic time and attendance systems, and the development of HR compliance and analytics initiatives. Jennifer also has a background in advertising, having worked as Advertising Director at Sweetheart Gowns/T&G Bridal. Education includes a foundational course in computer science from Brick Computer Science Institute.
