Renee Freeman is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at NGM Group since July 2023, Renee previously held various roles at Newcastle Permanent Building Society from August 2010 to February 2023, including Acting Head of Talent and People Services and Talent Acquisition Lead, where responsibilities included managing talent acquisition teams and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. Prior to that, Renee worked at Hudson from July 2003 to July 2010 as Manager of Office Support, overseeing recruitment consultants and managing sales forecasts. Renee holds an AHRI Practising Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from the Australian HR Institute.
