Heather Cooper Rgn

Heather Cooper RGN has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Urgent Care and Flow Director for BSW at NHS since April 2017. Heather has held various leadership roles, including Director of Transformation and Operations for UEC SW Region and multiple positions as Senior Improvement Manager with ECIST. Prior to her current roles, Heather worked as Director Of Operations at a Large Vaccination Centre and served as Intensive Support Manager at NHS Improvement. Heather's earlier experience includes Head of Performance at Royal United Hospital Bath and Head of Programme Management at NHS Trust. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Bath Spa University and a Registered Nurse qualification from Barnet School of Nursing.
