Barbara L

Barbara L is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the Advanced Quality Assurance Manager at NIBCO INC. since April 2013, Barbara oversees product quality, new product quality planning, and corporate ISO certification. Previously, Barbara held the position of Quality Assurance & Systems Manager at Elkhart Products Corporation from January 1992 to April 2013, where a corporate-level quality role was accepted in April 2011. Barbara also served as Quality Assurance Manager and backed up Operations Manager while being a Lean Manufacturing Sponsor from 1999 to 2006, contributing significantly to the Industrial Division's production of fabricated tubular components. Earlier career experience includes engineering at CTS Corporation, specializing in passive thick film resistor networks, and a college work-study position at Northeast Utilities. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
