Michael Poole has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Human Resources at Hologic, Inc. from 2015 to 2021. Michael also had various roles at PepsiCo, including Senior Human Resources Director and HR Director, where they oversaw multiple functions and supported the Pacific Inland Market Unit. Before PepsiCo, they worked as an HR Representative at Bausch & Lomb.
Michael Poole began their education at Guilderland Central High School, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Wagner College from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, Michael furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2002.
