Anuj Shukla

Anuj Shukla is a Specialist Software Engineer at NICE since July 2023, leading teams in the development of proactive AI Agents for customer service solutions. Prior to this role, Anuj served as a Senior Software Engineer at Mindbody from April 2021 to July 2023, focusing on API development and documentation with technologies such as C#, .NET Core, AWS, SQL Server, and React JS. Anuj's experience includes a tenure at Blue Ridge, where contributions as a Senior Design Analyst (June 2018 - July 2021) involved creating and enhancing an Integration Engine for ERP systems and supply chain planning. Anuj also worked as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from August 2015 to June 2018, gaining exposure to finance applications. Anuj holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
