Pallavi Kale

Pallavi Kale is an experienced professional in the technology sector with a strong background in software testing and solution sales. Currently serving as a Solution Sales Engineer and Tech Specialist at NICE since January 2016, Pallavi provides technical expertise and manages application delivery to end-users while overseeing project test management. Prior experience includes a role as Manager Testing at Tech Mahindra from January 2015 to January 2016, where Pallavi led a cross-functional team to successfully meet project objectives and provided coaching to software engineers and quality assurance professionals. Earlier, from January 2004 to December 2014, Pallavi worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Cisco, managing the full life cycle of technology project development and support, including the creation of test plans and gap analysis. Pallavi holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, obtained in 2001.
