Kevin Daulnay

Kevin Daulnay is an experienced professional with a background in software engineering and support, currently serving as the Lead Solution/Sales Engineer at Salesforce since July 2016, after progressing through roles such as Principal Success Specialist and Senior Success Specialist in the Marketing Cloud division. Prior to Salesforce, Kevin worked at BD-GenCell Biosystems as an R & D Engineer - Software Tester, contributing to the development of the first Commercial Library Prep Instrument (CLiC LP™) by leading testing teams and performing extensive software evaluations. Kevin began a career in retail as a Retail Assistant at The Butler's Pantry from June 2008 to October 2012. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Management from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 2011, with a focus on Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
