Kate Thies has extensive experience in creative operations and brand management, currently serving as Senior Director of Creative Operations, Digital at Scale for Nike since March 2014. In this role, Kate oversees Nike's Global Digital Creative Studio, managing teams focused on digital expertise and creative production. Prior experience at Nike includes Senior Director of Brand Creative Studio Management and other leadership roles within the Global Brand Creative Studio. Prior to joining Nike, Kate held positions at roundhouse Agency as an Account Manager/Producer, Herenow Creative as a Project Manager, and TAOW Modern Marketing as a Production Manager.
