Ted Pardo Jr. has a strong background in information technology, with over 25 years of experience in various roles. Ted started their career at Valor Electronics, Inc. in 1991 as the Manager of Information Systems, where they worked until 1995. Ted then joined Systems Tax Service as a Data Center Assistant Manager for a brief period before moving to Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in 1995. At Nikkiso, they held the position of Director, Global Information Technology until 2023. Ted was then promoted to Vice President of Information Technology, where they currently hold the position.

Ted Pardo Jr. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands.
