Stalin Franco, MS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production scheduling and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Master Production Scheduler at Nikola Motor Company since January 2022, Stalin has established the scheduling department and implemented operational processes and KPI metrics for the corporation. Previously, Stalin worked as Master Production Scheduler at Wabash National, where strong relationships with high-profile customers were developed, and regional SIOP calls were led to ensure alignment among sales, production, and inventory. Stalin’s career also includes a tenure as Project Engineer at Supreme Mid-Atlantic Corporation, overseeing engineering design and production management, as well as a role as Controls Engineer at Optimum Controls Corporation, focused on panel layout and customer satisfaction. Academic credentials include an MBA in Project Management from Walden University and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering Technologies and Spanish from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
