Ian Colson

Ian Colson is an experienced Embedded Software Developer currently employed at Nilfisk since January 2022, following an earlier role as an Embedded Software Engineer at the same company from May to August 2021, where contributions included developing a Hardware-in-the-Loop simulator for the Liberty SC-50 and integrating Lithium Ion battery systems. Prior to these positions, Ian gained valuable experience as a Software Engineering intern at EControls in May 2020, focusing on a CAN-based data logger featuring embedded software development and high precision engine spark timing. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Development, from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2021.
