Jason Stearns

Jason Stearns is an experienced sales and regional management professional with a successful track record in the floorcare equipment and construction industries. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Nilfisk since March 2013, Jason leads a team of 10 in managing dealer networks and key users across the Great Lakes region, achieving Diamond Club Winner status in 2021 and 2022. Previous roles include Division Channel Manager and Region Manager at Nilfisk, Territory Manager at Stonhard and RSC Equipment Rental, and Account Manager at Hilti. Jason began a career in sales as a Marketing Associate at Sysco earlier in 2000. A graduate of McKendree University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Psychology, Jason has consistently demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to driving growth and building customer relationships throughout a successful career.
