Rachel Johnstone has held various leadership positions at the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NIMA) since joining the organization in January 2010. Currently, Rachel serves as Vice President and Dean of Aesthetic Programs, a role assumed in January 2014. Prior to this, Rachel held the position of Financial Aid Director from March 2012 to January 2014 and served as Spa Manager from January 2010 to February 2012, contributing significantly to the development and management of aesthetic education and services at NIMA.

For over 10 years, NIMA founders have been actively involved in the cosmetic laser industry and have amassed valuable experience in laser procedures. Additionally, the NIMA Institute in Utah is accredited by NACCAS and recognized by the Department of Education as a Title IV certified school.
