Rachel Groh has a wealth of experience in business and education. Rachel began their career in 2009 as a Sunday School Teacher for the Upper Valley Jewish Community. From 2009-2012, they were a Management Development Associate at Curriculum Associates, where they honed their general management skills and co-led university recruitment efforts. In 2014, they worked as a Spinning (Indoor Cycling) Instructor at Town Sports International and as a Tutor at OpenDoor Tutoring. From 2009-2014, they were a Deans Office Student Consultant and an Undergraduate Advisor at Dartmouth College. In 2015, they were an MBA Candidate at Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2016, they were a Summer Associate and Impact Fellowship Intern at McKinsey & Company and Owl Ventures, LP respectively. Rachel then worked as an Associate, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2017-2022. Rachel is currently the Head of Strategy and Customer Success at Nimble.

Rachel Groh obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in Cognitive Science in 2012. Rachel then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Stanford University Graduate School of Education, earning a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in 2017.
