Matt Whyte

Matt Whyte is a skilled Motion Graphics Designer with extensive experience in broadcast design and visual effects. Currently employed at Nine since March 2021, Matt specializes in creating graphics for news, sports, and lifestyle programs. Previously, Matt worked with Weta Digital as a Roto Artist, contributing to notable films and series including Avengers: Endgame and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Prior roles include Motion Graphic Designer positions at TVNZ and Pango Aotearoa Ltd, as well as work with Warner Bros. International Television and other companies. Matt's academic background includes a Graduate Diploma in Animation and a Diploma in Graphic Design and Multimedia, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
