Richa Kaushik

Richa Kaushik is an accomplished professional with a robust background in technical program management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Programs at Ninjacart since June 2023, Richa previously held the position of Technical Program Manager at WorkSpan from April 2021 to May 2023. As the founder of Stylor.in, an online fast fashion brand, Richa contributed to the women’s fashion sector from July 2019 to March 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Technical Program Manager at Bounce, Engineering Program Manager at Dunzo, and various positions at Hike Messenger, including Specialist SDET and SDET. Richa began a professional career at Amazon as a Test Engineer. Richa holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RTU, completed in 2012.
