Fred Ruffolo

Fred Ruffolo is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and information technology management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP since April 2023, Fred previously held various leadership positions at Associated Global Systems from November 1997 to April 2023, including VP of Information Technology and Facilities Management, Director of Technical Integration and Quality Control, Regional Service Manager, and District Service Manager, managing operations in Chicago. Earlier in their career, Fred was the IT Project and Support Manager at Hassett Air Express, where significant achievements included opening and developing operations in Boston and Philadelphia. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 1980 and 1985.
