The Marine and Other Products segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of valve seat inserts, cylinder liners and piston ring materials for marine use, among others. The Others segment is engaged in the sale of products, the provision of transportation services and public health facilities management services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 14 consolidated subsidiaries.
